AMAZING...first he responded to my initial inquiry promptly and made an appointment to come out and give an estimate. After receipt of the estimate and comparison to the other bids I had received, I called and made an appointment to sign a contract. He always responded to phone calls, always called if there was a delay in arrival time and was generally courteous of my time knowing I had to take time off work. He provided the counters when he promised and the installation was without problems. I trusted him implicitly and allowed him to enter my home when I had to run off to work. The work he did for me was all I had hoped for. He made arrangements for the plumber to come in and take care of the new sink and disposer and recommended a tile guy for the backsplash. He met me at the tile showroom (of my choice) and helped me make selections which I appreciated. I'm sorry I don't have any more work for him.

Steve Caldwell the Owner/Operator of the business, was referred to me through a good friend. Steve was very professional and patient with me explaining the different styles and durability of the counter tops that may look nice in my home. He explained the procedure of installation and how many days it would take and even suggested different faucets that may look nice in the kitchen and custom fit the living stone counter top I choose. He and his employee were so careful of my tile flooring, covering all of the kitchen with blankets to catch any dust or sealer. He personally did all of the sealing around the joining counter top and faucet, he said that way he knows it was done right. The bead of seal he used is hardly visible to the eye and all of the holes for the plumbing fittings were professionally cut to size, not allowing for any gaps. I would definitely recommend Steve Caldwell in the future.

Excellent! I have had Steve do work for me on 2 different occasions. The 1st time he removed my tile countertops in my kitchen and replaced them with solid surface countertops and backsplashes. On the second job I had him do a bathroom remodel that required the removal of existing tile and tub and countertop. He replaced the tub and installed new solid surface backsplash and countertop. Once again, excellent work. Steve always shows up when he says he is going to be there and is will to adjust his schedule to accommodate his customer's needs.

We used Diamond Valley Countertops when remodeling our kitchen and couldn't be happier. They were professional, on time, and were extremely detail oriented in making sure that the countertops were perfect! The process was easy, quick and they did an outstanding job cleaning up the jobsite. We used them again about a year later when we remodeled the bathrooms and had the same great experience. About a year and a half after the first two times we used them, we decided to cut down our kitchen island and needed a new bigger slab for it. Steve once again was awesome to work with, and he went above and beyond to locate the last remaining matching pieces of material (in the US) to ensure a perfect match! Thanks Steve!

Steve did an amazing job with a walking shower. He explained in detail the process of doing this remodel. He is very professional, detailed oriented. Very clean from beginning to end. The quartz used on walls of shower is high quality and installation from reinforced studs, green board, add insulation between studs, plumbing was done by a licensed plumber. I highly recommend his business. Very happy with end result.

Recently our Garage Door Opener failed. It was the original back to 2009. We have an Old Republic Home Warranty Policy from our purchase in 2022. ORHW attempted to deny our claim. Chris in the office went to bat on my behalf and spent a lot of time on hold and several calls later was successful in getting our problem covered. Constantly keeping me updated. Jacob in the field was also very professional, thorough and completed a removal and replacement with a new opener quickly. Honestly, this is the 2nd time that I have needed Door Pro's... Door Pros fixed our 1980s-era, Johnson mirrored closet sliders, which completely locked up and unable to roll. Now, since they replaced the rollers - the closet is smooth as the day our Condo was built in 1983. Highly recommended!

The garage door wasn't opening- I was able to get someone out to take a look and provide a quote and a recommendation. Ismael was our service technician and he guided my wife through the process as well as a recommendations that provided our needs. The following Monday, Ismael returned installed the garage door and installed an outdoor code pad. He was able to show my wife how to use it and programmed everything for us. I highly recommend them for all your garage door's needs.

Wrong! a very nice dispatcher sends Technician Trevor Stewart, arriving within 90 minutes. All work and repairs were completed very professionally. My weekend was saved. Thanks Door Pros!s.

Our repair man, Ishmael Molina was on time, very professional, courteous & hard working! He did a great job at finding a resolution to our none functioning garage door!!
He had to come back a day later as we needed a new Spring, which he had retrieve from their supply office. It now works perfectly. We're grateful that Ishmael took time to explain our new systems' app operation! He was really exceptional.

We had two other garage guys from two different companies to come to our home to repair our garage door, but they did not seem to know
how to find a workable solution, poorly trained they were it appeared. Wasted time for us.
